What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate is a document that therapists must give you that details the anticipated charges for your therapy services. This includes:

    • The cost of therapy sessions

    • Any additional fees, such as co-pays or facility charges

How can I get a Good Faith Estimate?

You can request a Good Faith Estimate from your therapist at any time. Therapists are required to provide you with one within 10 business days of your request.
